Baggage / Bording Pass Printer Error Messages for IER printers

ATB/BTP

ERR8 = unsuccessful pectab load (incorrect pectab / firmware too old)
ERR2 = illogical command received (incorrect command / firmware too old)
ERR3 = incorrect data field
ERR6 = pectab not available

BGR

ERR1 = no confirmation from host after barcode reading

    Hi Praveen,
    If a Boarding pass printer displays ERR2 illogical command received.how does one update the printers firmware version?
